Artículo primero . El personal docente de tiempo completo de los establecimientos nacionales de enseñanza media podrá ser nombrado para desempeñar cargos de profesorado externo, cuando las necesidades educativas así lo exija, en el mismo establecimiento donde preste sus servicios o en otro y otros de carácter oficial.
