Las pensiones alimenticias concedidas i las que en lo futuro se otorguen, no podrán exceder de cuarenta pesos mensuales, a no ser que espesamente se hayan concedido a más de una persona, en cuyo caso podrán elevarse a sesenta pesos; i las de recompensa no podrán pasar en ningún caso de cien pesos mensuales.
