La Comisión Forestal Del Que Habla La Misma Ley En Su Artículo 6º, Quedará Constituida Por El Ministro De Agricultura Y Comercio, El Oficial Mayor De La Sección 1ª

La Comisión Forestal del que habla la misma Ley en su artículo 6º, quedará constituida por el Ministro de Agricultura y Comercio, el Oficial Mayor de la Sección 1ª. Y un ingeniero graduado quien entre sus atribuciones tendrá, además la de revisar los planos de las solicitudes de adjudicación de baldíos y formar la estadística correspondiente. El Oficial Mayor actuará además, como Secretario de la Comisión

Parágrafo

El sueldo del Ingeniero a que se refiere el artículo anterior será de cien pesos ($100) mensuales.
