Artículo once. El Superintendente Bancario o su Agente Especial establecerán el término dentro del cual las personas relacionadas en el artículo interior presentarán las reclamaciones a las cuales se acompañarán los documentos que las acrediten. Dicho lapso no será superior a un (1) mes, contado a partir de la publicación del último aviso de emplazamiento. Cuando se trate de cajillas de seguridad ordenará que se siga el procedimiento establecido en el artículo 1421 del Código de Comercio.
