° Cuando una comunicación telefónica deba hacerse conectando circuitos nacionales con circuitos de otras entidades, el valor de la comunicación lo dará la suma de lo que según este Decreto corresponda al circuito nacional, más la tarifa que en su trayecto o por su conexión tenga fijada la empresa conectante.
