De los concesionarios . Podrán participar en la licitación y en la subasta para todas las concesiones de servicios PCS únicamente las personas jurídicas relacionadas en los artículos 33 y 34 del presente decreto. No obstante lo anterior, para las concesiones iniciales aplicarán los impedimentos y restricciones de que tratan los artículos 28 y 37 de este decreto.
