°. Definiciones. Para efectos de la aplicación del presente decreto se adoptan las siguientes definiciones. Relleno sanitario de carácter regional. Es el relleno sanitario donde se disponen residuos sólidos provenientes de otros municipios diferentes a aquel donde se encuentra ubicado el sitio de disposición final. Estación de transferencia de carácter regional. Es la estación donde se transfieren residuos sólidos provenientes de otros municipios diferentes a aquel donde se encuentra ubicada esta infraestructura.
