En caso de que el síndico incumpla sus deberes, el juez, de oficio o a solicitud del quebrado, de la Junta, de cualquier acreedor o del Ministerio Público, podrá decretar la remoción de dicho auxiliar de plano o previos los trámites de una articulación según las circunstancias.
