º El derecho consagrado en este Decreto se entiende alternativo al otorgado en el artículo 12 del Decreto 2322 de 1965. En consecuencia, quien se acoja al régimen aquí establecido, no podrá además obtener bonos de deuda pública de los previstos en el mencionado artículo.
