Desde la sanción de la presente Ley el tiempo de servicio requerido para obtener jubilación los miembros de la Policía Nacional será de veinte años o más, y el valor de la pensión mensual correspondiente será del cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) del mayor sueldo mensual que hayan tenido durante sus servicios en dicho Cuerpo, y durante un término no menor de un año.
