El artículo 120 de Decreto-ley 1650 de 1977 quedará así: "La colocación de los recursos que reciban las entidades señaladas en el ordinal III del artículo 117, excepto la inversión establecida en el numeral 1o de la letra C, deberá hacerse en condiciones financieras que permitan cubrir los intereses y los costos que se originan por su captación y manejo".
