° Libro de acciones. Las sociedades por acciones podrán llevar por medios mecanizados o electrónicos el registro de acciones; no obstante, diariamente anotarán los movimientos de éstas en un libro auxiliar, con indicación de los datos señalados en el inciso 2° del artículo 195 del Código de Comercio que sean pertinentes para identificar adecuadamente el respectivo movimiento. Tales sociedades consolidarán al final de cada año calendario, en un libro debidamente registrado, los movimientos de que trata el inciso anterior.
