Inspección aduanera . La autoridad aduanera, con fundamento en criterios técnicos de análisis de riesgo, podrá determinar la práctica de la inspección documental, física o no intrusiva a las mercancías en trámite de exportación. También podrá efectuarse la inspección aduanera por solicitud del declarante con la presentación de la solicitud de autorización de embarque.
