°. Modifícase el literal b) del numeral 2 del artículo 4.1.1.1.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “b) Establecer una oficina de representación. Las instituciones reaseguradoras del exterior que manifiesten su intención de abrir una oficina de representación, una vez inscritas en el Registro de Reaseguradores y Corredores de Reaseguro del Exterior (Reacoex), se entenderán automáticamente autorizadas para establecer dicha oficina. La autorización implica la obligación de mantener vigente la inscripción en el Reacoex. Sin perjuicio de lo establecido en el presente literal, la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia podrá solicitar la documentación adicional que considere pertinente”.
