Régimen Disciplinario. Además de lo dispuesto en el Artículo anterior, los trabajadores oficiales del Ministerio de Defensa y la Policía Nacional quedan sujetos al régimen disciplinario previsto para los empleados públicos en el presente Estatuto y, en consecuencia, no podrán sindicalizarse ni elevar peticiones colectivas, por mediar razones de servicio público y defensa nacional.
