Examen De La Amenaza De Perjuicio

Examen de la amenaza de perjuicio. La amenaza de perjuicio se determinará cuando ésta sea inminente. Para ello el Incomex considerará, además de los factores contemplados en el artículo anterior del presente Decreto, los siguientes, entre otros

La posibilidad de aumento sustancial de las importaciones, siempre que éstas sean hechas a precios de “dumping” o con subvenciones, como la existencia de un contrato de suministro o la adjudicación de una licitación, entre otros.

Un aumento o excedente en la capacidad instalada o utilizada del país exportador.
