Articulo 149 . Las entidades oficiales, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 14 de la Ley 11 de 1983, podrán ejecutar sus programas por conducto de la Corporación o en coordinación con ella o por el sistema de contratación directa con la Corporación.
