ARTICULO 38. Prima de actividad. Los empleados públicos del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional, tienen derecho a una prima de actividad del veinte por ciento (20%) del sueldo básico mensual, mientras permanezcan en el desempeño de sus funciones.
