Los prestatarios del servicio especial de radioaficionados primera categoría podrán realizar transmisiones en todas las bandas de frecuencias autorizadas para el servicio y en los tipos de emisión previstos en este Decreto, siempre y cuando operen con una potencia máxima de dos mil (2.000) vatios de salida medidos sobre carga fantasma.
