No es admisible, ninguna postura si no cubre la base del remate y si además no se ha consignado el 10 por 100 del avalúo, cantidad que se aumenta en 10 por 100 más por cada vez que no se cumpla el remate por el rematador. No obstante, las partes que tengan libre disposición de bienes, pueden aceptar otra base de remate y otra cuantía en la consignación previa.
