El derecho de explorar, explotar y beneficiar los yacimientos podrá otorgarse a personas naturales y jurídicas, siempre que estas últimas estén legalmente constituidas y comprendan dentro de su objeto social la explotación de minas. Las personas jurídicas cuyo asiento principal de negocios esté en algún país extranjero deben dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 85 y siguientes de este Decreto.
