DISTRIBUCIÓN GENERAL DE LOS RECURSOS DEL FONDO. El Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público mediante resolución hará la distribución general de los recursos del Fondo, por cada uno de los conceptos de gasto. El Director General de Impuestos Nacionales distribuirá y modificará mediante resolución los recursos asignados, con destino a las administraciones y recaudaciones de impuestos y el nivel central de la respectiva dirección.
