Fijación criminalística del lugar de los hechos. En desarrollo de la diligencia prevista en el artículo anterior, el funcionario consignará por escrito con claridad y precisión, todo lo que vaya observando sin olvidar que es tan importante el conjunto como los detalles y relacionará la evidencia física que encuentre señalando, en lo posible, su posición, orientación, forma y cantidad. Además, hara el plano del lugar y si fuere un recinto cerrado lo hará con abatimiento. Si lo considerá necesario sacará fotografías.
