En todos los casos que se presenten, el Médico deberá informar sobre el estado físico y mental del menor, y dará dictamen sobre la influencia que tal estado pueda ejercer en los actos punibles que se juzgan. Este concepto, con los otros documentos del juicio, será tenido en cuenta por el Juez para dictar su fallo.
