º El documento mediante el cual se acredita la matrícula y cuyo diseño será adoptado por el Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura deberá contener el nombre del profesional inscrito, número de matrícula, número de la cédula de ciudadanía, título, universidad y la firma del Presidente del Consejo Profesional Nacional de Ingeniería y Arquitectura. Este es el único documento idóneo que autoriza a su titular para ejercer la profesión acreditada, dentro de los parámetros establecidos en la Ley 64 de 1978.
