Procedencia. La autoridad aduanera adelantará los procedimientos previstos en el presente capítulo para los siguientes fines: La imposición de sanciones. La expedición de una liquidación oficial de corrección. La expedición de una liquidación oficial de revisión. Las imposiciones de sanciones previstas en los acuerdos comerciales en materia aduanera se someterán al procedimiento aquí previsto. Las sanciones podrán imponerse mediante resolución independiente o en la respectiva liquidación oficial.
