º . Autorizar al Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad para que por intermedio de la Academia Superior de Inteligencia admita un cupo máximo de 260 alumnos.

Parágrafo

Los alumnos de academia no tendrán la calidad de funcionario del departamento Administrativo de Seguridad y por consiguiente no se genera ningún tipo de realidad laboral.
