Tarifa diferencial en televisión por cable. Conforme al numeral cuarto del artículo 9° de la Ley 1699 de 2013, los beneficiarios tendrán derecho a tarifas diferenciales con descuentos del quince por ciento (15%), única y exclusivamente en un solo plan de televisión por cable por núcleo familiar; el cual tendrá que ser solicitado personalmente por el miembro de la Fuerza Pública con discapacidad o por alguno de los integrantes del núcleo familiar del miembro de la Fuerza Pública fallecido quien deberá estar acreditado y al momento de su solicitud presentará su carnet, junto con su documento de identidad.
