Art. 1º Autorízase al Tesorero general para que por medio de los empleados de las Secciones de Corte y Sello y Numeración, haga sellar, cortar y numerar los billetes que emitió la Junta de Emisión el 28 de Febrero próximo pasado. Estos trabajos se ejecutarán adoptando el mismo procedimiento usado anteriormente con igual fin.
