DE LA INDEFINICION DE LA NATURALEZA JURIDICA DE LOS HOSPITALES. Aquellas instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud, cuya naturaleza jurídica no se haya podido precisar y estén siendo administradas y sostenidas por el Estado continuarán bajo la administración del respectivo ente territorial de acuerdo al nivel de atención y clasificación que se determine por resolución del Ministerio de Salud. Por consiguiente el respectivo ente territorial deberá adelantar todas las actuaciones administrativas y de cualquier orden necesarios para definir la naturaleza jurídica de dichas entidades de conformidad con los regímenes departamental, distrital y municipal y el presente Estatuto.
