Art. 4.° Los dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000,000) que conforme á la presente ley se destinan en el próximo bienio para la amortización de la Deuda interior, se tomarán de la suma que aun falte por emitir en billetes del Banco Nacional, para completar el máximum fijado por la Ley 124 de 1887 . Se atenderá al resto con los fondos comunes del Tesoro.
