ARTICULO 1.7.1.3.1 . RESPONSABILIDAD DE LOS GERENTES Y DIRECTORES. Todo director o gerente de un establecimiento bancario, corporación financiera, corporación de ahorro y vivienda, compañía de financiamiento comercial, sociedad de capitalización o sociedad de servicios financieros, que viole a sabiendas o permita que se violen las disposiciones legales, será personalmente responsable de las pérdidas que cualquier individuo o entidad sufra por razón de tales infracciones, sin perjuicio de las demás sanciones que señala la ley.
