º . Campo de aplicación . El presente decreto será aplicable a poseedores de inmuebles localizados en los municipios señalados en los Decretos 195 y 223 de 1999, para efectos de los beneficios previstos en los Decretos 196 y 350 de 1999.

Parágrafo

El reconocimiento de alguna persona como poseedor de un inmueble en los términos del presente decreto, sólo tendrá efectos para los beneficios consagrados en los Decretos 196 y 350 de 1999, sin que sea admisible como prueba de posesión para otras situaciones reguladas por la ley.
