º. Para la validez del título de bachiller solamente se requiere su expedición por parte de las instituciones educativas legalmente autorizadas para ello, a quienes hayan cumplido con los requisitos establecidos en el proyecto educativo institucional o de su convalidación por parte de las instituciones del Estado señaladas para verificar, homologar o convalidar conocimientos.
