En todos los contratos se estipulará que todos los elementos muebles que no comprare el Gobierno y que durante el año siguiente a la terminación del contrato no fueren retirados por el contratista, de las zonas o inmuebles que hacen parte de la empresa, pasarán ipso facto a propiedad de la Nación como accesorios de la dicha empresa y al mismo título de reversión, sin pago de indemnización alguna a favor del contratista.
