Art. 3° Para la vigilancia y cuidado de las minas el Administrador dispondrá, á más de los servicios del Ayudante, que le estará subordinado, de un piquete ó custodia de la fuerza pública, que le será suministrado por el Ministerio de Guerra de acuerdo con las indicaciones que hiciere el mismo Administrador, aprobadas por el Ministerio de Hacienda. El piquete quedará á las inmediatas órdenes del Administrador.
