El Magistrado a quien designe la suerte aprehende el conocimiento del negocio, adelantará la tramitación hasta ponerlo en estado de dictar sentencia y redactará el proyecto respectivo.
El mismo día de cumplida la diligencia de reunión de procesos, el Secretario llevará el negocio al Magistrado designado.
