Abrense, con imputación al Presupuesto de gastos de la vigencia económica de 1915, los créditos adicionales que en seguida se expresan:

Capitulo 1º.

Congreso - Personal.

Cámara de Representantes.

Artículo 2º. Parágrafo 14 bis. Para pagar a los señores Alfonso Holguín Lloreda, Sebastián Moreno Arango, Carlos M. hernandez, Juan Antonio Riaño, Pedro Avendaño, Lulio E. Sabogal, Mario R. Bustillo, Rafael M. Galvis, Neftalí Díaz, Ramón Elías, Luis Felipe Uscátegui y Roberto Caro, el suelo que se les quedó a deber, a los seis primeros como Oficiales Mayores, y a los siete restantes, como oficiales primeros, en un mes de Secretaría para el arreglo del archivo.
