Artículo doce. Las Universidades del Sector Centro-Oriental iniciarán tareas a más tardar en la segunda quincena de febrero y no podrán comenzar exámenes antes del primero de noviembre. En las Universidades del Sector Sur-Occidental se iniciarán las tareas a más tardar en la segunda quincena de octubre y no se clausurarán antes de la segunda quincena de julio.
