Los contribuyentes dedicados a la explotación económica de hoteles u hosterías, que cumplan con los demás requisitos del Decreto 3257 de 1961, pueden invertir el valor de la reserva de fomento económico en las obras de que trata el artículo 11 de este Decreto. A estas inversiones también le será aplicable el inciso segundo del artículo anterior. CAPÍTULO III Explotación económica.
