Teniendo en cuenta las nuevas tecnologías e importancia de la digitalización, el Gobierno Nacional reglamentará el uso de la firma electrónica y digital en el país, en un término no mayor a los siguientes seis (6) meses a partir de la vigencia de esta ley, para que se utilice en la suscripción de documentos de carácter privado y público, como una herramienta para facilitar la innovación y transformación digital.
