Aseguramiento de la calidad. El funcionamiento y la oferta académica de las Instituciones de Educación Superior deben cumplir con los parámetros del sistema de aseguramiento de la calidad establecido en la Ley 1188 de 2008, Decreto número 1295 de 2010, las normas que la complementen o sustituyan.
