El importador que no haga uso del registro o licencia de importación, podrá utilizar el valor consignado a título de impuesto por legalización de facturas consulares, para otra solicitud de importación aplicando el valor del mismo, previo los ajustes en su valor, cuando no solicitare la devolución por las causas contempladas en este Decreto.
