1.500,000) á que tiene derecho la República, de acuerdo con el contrato de 4 de Abril de 1893, celebrado con la Compañía del Canal de Panamá.

Autorízasele igualmente para aplicar á los gastos ordinarios del presente bienio económico los dos millones trescientos mil pesos ($2. 300 000) que el Banco Nacional tiene en sus cajas en moneda de plata á la Ley de 0.835.
