A partir del primero de enero de 1940, fijanse las siguientes asignaciones mensuales para el personal de Oficiales y tropa de las Fuerzas Militares:

Parágrafo 1

Las asignaciones de los Oficiales Navales, serán las fijadas por el presente articulo, de acuerdo con las equivalencias del grado establecidas por el artículo 37 de la Ley 105 de 1936 .

Parágrafo 2

Las asignaciones de las clases técnicas de la Fuerza Aerea Colombiana, serán las siguientes:
