El artículo 369 H del Código de Procedimiento Penal tendrá un parágrafo del siguiente tenor:

Parágrafo

: Quien sea condenado por el delito de concierto para delinquir agravado por organizar, fomentar, promover, dirigir encabezar, constituir o financiar el concierto o la asociación, en concurso con otro delito, podrá acogerse a la sentencia anticipada o audiencia especial y tendrá derecho a las rebajas por confesión y por colaboración eficaz con la justicia, pero en ningún caso la pena que se le imponga podrá ser inferior a la que corresponda en concreto sin disminuciones para el delito más grave.
