Artículo decimoséptimo. Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial los artículos 4º, 5º, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 26 y el numeral 2º del artículo 34 del Decreto 3046 de diciembre 29 de 1989, los artículos 1º y 2º del Decreto 2771 de noviembre 16 de 1990, el Decreto 1555 de 1992 y el Decreto 1466 de 1994.
