Parágrafo

del artículo 3º del Decreto 2353 de 2001, modificado por el artículo 1º del Decreto 136 de 2002, el cual quedará así:

Parágrafo

Para la respectiva declaración, el propietario privado del subsuelo tendrá en cuenta el precio del mineral en boca o borde de mina fijado mediante delegación por la Unidad de Planeación Minero-Energética, UPME, y que se encuentre vigente al momento de la liquidación y pago de la obligación.
