Artículo séptimo. Para el cobro de auxilios oficiales, sean estos nacionales, departamentales o municipales, los establecimientos de enseñanza presentarán la constancia de estar inscritos y haber entregado todos los datos estadísticos referentes al año lectivo inmediatamente anterior a aquel al cual corresponda el auxilio. El pagador que omitiere exigir este comprobante será responsable de las sumas pagadas, las cuales le serán elevadas a alcance por el respectivo organismo de control. Esta constancia será expedida por el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE).
