Incurre en separación temporal, de dos a y ocho meses:

1° El Oficial o Suboficial que se embriague en público tres o más veces dentro del término de tres meses;

2° El Oficial que se reúne, dentro de cualquier establecimiento militar o fuera de e1, a tomar bebidas embriagantes con Suboficiales o soldados, o el que tolere o permite a las subalternos el abuso de bebidas embriagantes, o juegos prohibidos por las leyes, o por decretos o reglamentos militares;

3° El Oficial o Suboficial que se embriague, una sola vez, con grave daño para el servicio, o con escándalo público, dentro o fuera de los establecimientos militares.
